    More Information:

[William S. Burroughs]. William Lee (pseudonym). Junkie. New York: Ace Books, [1953]. First edition of Burroughs' first book, inscribed by the author on the title page. Paperback original, bound tête-bêche with a reprint Maurice Helbrant's Narcotics Agent. Small octavo. 149, [2, advertisements], 169 pages. Publisher's perfect binding in pictorial wrappers. Still, a very good copy of this notoriously fragile book. From the collection of Donald Kaufmann.
