With an extra suite of color plates housed in publisher's blue envelope. Small quarto. [xx], 394, [1], [3, blank] pages. With fourteen color plates inserted throughout. Publisher's cream backstrip over blue cloth boards, dark blue gilt morocco lettering label on spine. Pictorial endleaves. Publisher's plain paper dust jacket. Publisher's cardboard slipcase. Cloth spine very lightly toned at edges; light toning to board edges. Dust jacket spine toned; jacket panels toned and offset; some edgewear and light chipping to flaps; slipcase somewhat toned and worn. Overall, a near fine copy, with the extra suite of plates.
