Large octavo (9 x 6.75 inches; 230 x 169 mm.) [272] pages. With eleven (of twelve) inserted color plates. Publisher's full blue cloth, spine stamped in black; pictorial paper label on front board; full color pictorial endleaves. Spine toned; edgewear to spine and boards; some wear and scuffing to pictorial label on front board; lower right corner of pictorial label is chipped; some wear to endleaves; endleaves a bit toned; text is toned; some occasional soiling in text; some soiling to edges of text block. Overall, a good copy with an excellent association. Housed in later quarter blue morocco clamshell case. Greene and Hanff, VIII. From the James C. Seacrest Collection.
