    L. Frank Baum. Group of Eleven Oz Books. Chicago: The Reilly & Britton Co., [1904-1918]. First editions, generally first states, all except The Marvelous Land of Oz, which is second state. Eleven quarto volumes. Various paginations; frontispieces and other inserted full-color plates, full-page and in-text black-and-white illustrations, pictorial endpapers (some in full color); Road to Oz not produced with colored plates and Ozma features alternating red, blue, and yellow head-pieces. Publisher's uniformly-styled cloth in various colors, spines decoratively stamped with original full-size color pictorial labels on the front boards. Some volumes' page edges stained yellow, Road has edges stained light blue. General light shelfwear. Light soiling to Scarecrow. Color correction done to cover up a small spot of wear on bottom of back board of Dorothy and the Wizard. Rear hinge repair made on Patchwork Girl. Faint yellowing and occasional soiling to edges of text blocks. Five volumes have previous owner inscriptions. Some texts have minor thumb soiling and staining, worst in chapters three and four of Scarecrow but still unobtrusive. Generally very good. Hanff & Greene, Bibliographia Oziana, II-XII.
