Dedication Copy, Inscribed to Mia Farrow

Ira Levin. Son of Rosemary. The Sequel to Rosemary's Baby. [New York]: A Dutton Book, [1997].

First edition. Dedication copy inscribed to actress Mia Farrow. Octavo. 255 pages. Publisher's black paper spine with gilt titles and red paper over boards. Spine and corners worn. Wear to extremities. Light pen marking to edges. Very light foxing to edges. White paint specks to front cover and bottom edge. Dust jacket rubbed with some soiling. Very good.

Dedication page with printed "To Mia Farrow" followed by the hopeful inscription to the star of Rosemary's Baby, the 1968 hit film that had been adapted by Roman Polanksi from Levin's earlier novel: "with thanks for making Rosemary so real for me. Let's hope you get to do it again! Love, Ira." Also signed by the author on the title page. A nice association copy referencing a Horror classic.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
