    Hugo Moeller was an author and newspaper man, working as the editor of The Texas Post of Dallas Texas and later The German Gazette of New Orleans. He authored at least two German-language novels set it early Texas. A copy of Moeller's other novel, Geschichten und Bilder aus Deutsch-Amerika, came up for sale in 2001. No records of sale for this title can be located.

    Condition: Very good. Boards exhibit modest scuffing and shelf wear. Contents moderately toned due to the cheap paper. Title page detached. Minor bumping at corners and spine edges.
