With a signed blank note sheet (on King's stationery, with a "SK" at the top, approximately 4.5 x 4 inches). Octavo. [xxiv], 336 pages. Publisher's black cloth backstrip over red paper boards, spine lettered in gilt, dust jacket. Jacket a bit toned, with some edgewear and a few short creased tears, minor rubbing to cloth spine. Overall, a near fine copy. Housed in custom clamshell case, with raised title on front cover.
