    Limited first edition of 750 signed copies, of which this is copy numbered "323" and signed by the artist, Edmund Dulac, on the limitation page. Quarto. Twenty-four (out of twenty-eight) tipped-in color plates by Dulac (missing "Silence", "To Helen" (1), "To the River", and one of the "Al Aaraaf" plates). With captioned tissue guards. Head-piece vignettes.

    Full vellum with gilt decorated upper board, spine, and titles, rear board blank, lacking ties, top edge gilt. Binding rubbed and soiled, spine darkened. Free endpapers discolored. Pages over-opened between the present "Al Aaraaf" plate and text page. Image off-set from plates and head-pieces. Occasional soiling and smudges. Very good.
