The Vampire Armand - Two Inscribed Dedication Copies, including: Photocopy of the Final Version of the Manuscript, inscribed and signed by Anne Rice in black ink on the title page to one of the dedicatees, a young friend of hers, Brian Robertson: "For my brilliant star Brian - Enjoy - All blessings, Love, Anne aka Anne Rice." The final version of the novel, here titled "THE VAMPIRE ARMAND or SYMPHONY FOR SYBELLE," with "Finished January 6, 1998 on LITTLE CHRISTMAS or THE FEAST OF THE EPIPHANY" typed on the title page. Photocopied manuscript consists of 568 numbered sheets of 8.5 x 11-inch paper, printed recto only, contained in a box from a Metairie, Louisiana printing business. Minor ding to title page, otherwise manuscript in fine condition. [and:] Advance Review Copy. New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1998. 387 pages. Signed by Anne Rice on the title page and also inscribed in purple ink by her on the dedication page to one of the dedicatees, Brian Robertson: "For Brian - This book is for the children I love so much - the young ones who have seen so much and learned so much so soon. My love, Anne." Original printed wrappers, with light thumbsoiling; binding skewed. Otherwise near fine.
