Two volumes in publisher's red cloth, spines and fronts stamped in black, and two volumes in publisher's purplish-red cloth, spines and fronts stamped in white; all edges trimmed; original pictorial dust jackets. Spine ends slightly pushed with traces of wear or mild discoloration, backstrip of Rope with small scraps of paper label at top, bottom and toward front joint, loss to white stamping at spines of Power and Fog; Rope and Power boards just a touch bowed; mild edge wear and bumping to boards, top edges dust-soiled. Text blocks mildly dulled; top edges dust-soiled, other edges with handful of mild smudges or spot-staining; some discoloration at endpapers from binder's glue. General rubbing and spot-soiling to jackets; spine panels dulled and chipped at ends, most pronounced on Good and Power, with small hole at center of Rope spine panel; small hole at front panel fold of Good; rumpling and several short tears at front and rear panels of Power and Good, with two-inch tear at head of rear panel of Power; discoloration at top ends of flaps; versos with uneven mild browning. Very good books in good to very good jackets.
