Folio. [iv, blank], [xii], 167, [iv, blank] pages. Illustrated. Signed limitation page inserted at rear. With eight-page score of Mischa, Yascha, Toscha, Sascha housed in pocket at rear. Publisher's full dark blue levant morocco, boards and spine stamped in gilt. Boards loose, binding worn, heavily at joints, edges and corners, some minor soiling, hinges reinforced with cloth tape, previous owner's ink signature and bookplate on front pastedown. Text toned, some soiling to text block at edges. A fair copy.
