Publisher's purple cloth, spine and front board lettered in black, in original dust jacket. Spine ends and top edge of boards faintly dulled; crown lightly worn with a single short closed tear; tiny bump to the bottom of the rear board; corners very lightly worn. Page edges very lightly soiled with some trace foxing. Dust jacket edges worn with light chipping to spine ends, tape reinforcements on verso; rear panel lightly soiled; price-clipped. A near fine copy in a very good dust jacket.

Page edges lightly soiled; Hanged for a Sheep top stain faded and with previous ownership signature (offset to jacket front flap) and bookseller rubber stamp.
