First edition. 8vo. 166 pages. Photographic portrait of Mills used as the frontispiece. Some light spotting to boards and the binding is cracked throughout but the text block remains remarkably sound and the book Is generally in very good condition.
Mills, the brother of Anson Mills, weaves quite a tale of old El Paso. Mills' Civil War period stories alone make this a valuable and most readable reference of far West Texas.
