With 16 colored engravings and 16 wood engravings by Harrison Weir. Original green cloth over beveled boards with pigeon vignette stamped in gilt on the front boards and titles in gilt on the spine. All edges gilt. Boards display minor shelf wear; hinges just starting to crack but the boards remain securely fastened to the text block. A few of the colored plates with light to moderate foxing. A very good copy.
