    First edition (Sept. 20, 1777 dedication page date). Octavo. [32], 286, [1, publisher's ad] pages. Twenty hand-colored numbered plates plus hand-colored frontispiece.

    Later full leather with titles stamped in gilt on the spine. Slight toning to pages with some light foxing to the preliminary pages. Plates bright. Army Museums Ogilby Trust armorial bookplate on the front pastedown. A very good copy of this rare work.
