    First publication of this account by "the veteran explorer, Major Long. made while he was Superintendent of Indian Affairs for the Northwest Territories, and in pursuance of the duties of his office, to visit the Indian tribes of his superintendency." Field. Surprisingly scarce; of this edition, OCLC lists only the copy at Brigham Young.
