    Original black cloth with lavish silver border around a black-and-white illustration mounted on the front board. Titles stamped in silver on the spine. Gift inscription on the front free endpaper dated 1942. A near fine copy offered in the original presentation box. The box is worn at the extremities and the corners of the lid have cracked, else it is in very good condition.
