Publisher's decorated tan cloth with gold, green, and brown stamping. Minor dampstaining to bottom edge of front board. Has been over-opened in several spots, cracking the binding; despite this, binding is not loose. In chemise and custom gild-stamped quarter leather book-backed slipcase. Very good. [and:] Puck of Pook's Hill. London: Macmillan and Co., 1906. First edition. Octavo. 340 pages, plus 4 pages of ads. Twenty illustrations, including frontispiece. Publisher's gilt-stamped red cloth with gilt embossed elephant medallion to front board. Top edge gilt. Binding cocked. Minor wear to extremities; spine darkened. Contents tight and bright. In gilt-stamped custom half leather book-backed slipcase. Very good or better. [and:] The Dead King. London: Hodder & Stoughton, 1910. First English edition. Octavo. Unpaginated. Illustrated title page. Designs by W. Heath Robinson. Purple-stamped lavender wrappers, with silver embossed profile of Edward VII to front cover. Spine and edges faded. In glassine wrapper.
