DescriptionRex Stout. Two Nero Wolfe First Editions, including: The Silent Speaker; The Black Mountain. New York: The Viking Press, 1946-1954. First hardcover editions. Two octavo volumes.
The Silent Speaker is bound in green cloth with yellow titles on spine and front cover. The Black Mountain is bound in black cloth with green spine titles and front cover illustration. Books are overall fine. Dust jackets are very good with some wear, small tears, and paper loss. The prolific Rex Stout (1886-1975) created scores of memorable characters, but his most famous creation was detective Nero Wolfe, whose exploits he chronicled from 1934 until his death forty-one years later. These two first-edition novels are two of Stout's finest. From the Robert and Diane Yaspan Collection.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
HA.com receives more traffic than any other auction house website. (Source: Similarweb.com)
