More Information: Boards are slightly rubbed, bumped at the corners and spine ends, dark discoloration on the front board and white discoloration on the spine and rear board. Small stain to the bottom edge of the textblock. Previous owner's bookplate affixed to front free endpaper. Dust jacket is darkened on the front panel and spine, rubbed, chipping, and has a few small closed tears and wrinkles. A very good copy of the author's first considerable success.
