    This lot: Annals of the Reign of King George the Third; From Its Commencement in the Year 1760, to the General Peace in the Year 1815. Two octavo volumes, complete. xiv, 505; xix, 480 pages. In contemporary full tree calf, with gilt-stamped black morocco labels and gilt rules to smooth spines. All edges marbled. Minor wear to extremities of both volumes. Small area of surface loss to leather on rear board of Volume I. Front hinge of Volume I cracked, rear hinge starting; front hinge of Volume II starting, rear hinge broken. Both volumes still sturdy and tight. Occasional foxing. A couple of leaves with paper loss to fore-edge, not affecting text. With ink name of Col. [Thomas] Gordon, Park House on title page of both volumes; bookplate to pastedown of both volumes.
