    First edition. Octavo. 432 pages.

Publisher's blue cloth with titles stamped in blind on the front board and in gilt on the spine. Very small abraded spot and indentation on bottom edge of front board. Corners lightly bumped with slight abrasion. Narrow line of sunning at the top and bottom edges of the boards. General shelf wear, especially at the head and foot of the spine. Faint narrow line across the boards where the cloth has reacted to tape of the protective dust jacket cover. Binding slightly shaken with internal contents lightly toned, especially at the preliminary pages. Dust jacket well-worn with loss at the head and foot of the spine (with crude repair). Spine panel faded. Jacket soiled with chipping along the edges. Good. From the Robert and Diane Yaspan Collection.
