Original black cloth, author's facsimile signature in gilt on front cover, spine stamped in gilt and green. Original price-clipped dust jacket with chipping and creases around the edges, and with a few short closed tears. Longer creases on front and rear panel of jacket. Previous owner's ink signature on the front free endpaper, with offsetting to the adjacent pastedown. Endpapers slightly browned. Altogether, a very good copy.
