    Two quarto volumes. 501, 719 pages with indexes in the rear of each. 106 color plates from paintings by Louis Agassiz Fuerte with several illustrations throughout the text.

    Very minor rubbing and soiling to covers, very light bumping to corners and spine ends, darkening to front cover edges of volume two and small white discolorations on both volumes. Darkened fore-edge and front free endpaper in volume one. Very good condition.
