    Green cloth-backed with gilt lettering on spine and front cover. Minor rippling on the spine. The dust jacket has minor creases and some wear at the head and foot of the spine, and at the corners. Overall very good condition.

    The Son of Tarzan, the fourth in Edgar Rice Burroughs' series about his famous "Ape Man," was first serialized in 1914. This first edition, published in March 1917, includes a beautiful frontispiece and title page featuring illustrations by J. Allen St. John. From the Robert and Diane Yaspan Collection.
