    Black cloth with gold spine titles. Dust jackets. Overall, all are fine to very fine. All volumes were copyrighted by August Derleth, except Selected Poems, which was copyrighted by Smith's widow. Poems in Prose is inscribed and signed "Sincerely, August Derleth" on the front endpaper. This lot provides a fine assortment of literary works by Smith (1893-1961), a true renaissance man: poet, painter, sculptor, and horror and science-fiction author. Like his friends H. P. Lovecraft and Robert E. Howard, Smith first saw his stories published in the pages of Weird Tales magazine. From the Robert and Diane Yaspan Collection.
