    Octavo. 344 pages.

    Housed in a black cloth chemise and black cloth slipcase with the spine stamped in gilt.

    Binding has some rubbing especially to the spine, bumping, small spots of white discoloration and the spine lettering is rubbing off. Hinges are beginning to split. The chemise and slipcase are slightly rubbed and display small areas of discolored white spotting. Very good condition.  

    O. Henry is the pseudonym of the American writer William Sydney Porter.

    First edition, first issue points: November 1904 on the copyright page and the publisher's name at the foot of the spine. BAL 16270
