Limited edition, one of 75 numbered sets ("45") signed by the publisher. This set contains a woodcut portrait of Warren by Ann Carter Pollard, numbered and signed by her. With ten numbered, signed broadsides in tribute to Warren, signed by: A. R. Ammons, Fred Chappell, James Dickey, Richard Eberhart, George P. Garrett, John Hollander, Williams Meredith, Reynolds Price, Rosanna Warren, and Richard Wilbur. Quarto. Loose sheets, as issued. Housed in publisher's cloth chemise and slipcase, each with a printed paper label. Some mild sunning rubbing to slipcase and chemise. Fine. From the collection of Donald Kaufmann.
