    Twenty eight (of thirty) large octavo volumes. Illustrated. Bound in contemporary full tree calf, boards triple-ruled in gilt, with gilt floral cornerpieces, spines tooled in gilt in compartments, five raised bands, red and green gilt morocco lettering labels. Spines sunned, several joints and hinges cracked or starting, volume xviii has detached (yet present) boards, bindings generally worn. Fair.

    This set lacks volumes xiv and xv, Little Dorrit II and Christmas Stories I.
