The First Book of the Equinox Press

William Everson. A Privacy of Speech. Berkeley: The Equinox Press, 1949. First edition limited to one hundred copies and signed by the author on the half-title page. Quarto. 29 pages. Block print decorations by Mary Fabilli. Quarter vellum and decorated paper over boards. Gilt titles. Printed on Tovil hand-made paper. Deckled edges. Vellum slightly toned, else fine condition.
