Three Classic Robert Heinlein Novels. Robert Heinlein Stranger in a Strange Land Uncorrected Proof. (New York: G.P. Putnam & Son, 1991). This is an uncorrected proof copy sent out in limited distribution by the publisher to the author, an editor, or perhaps a literary critic. No corrections are present inside this copy, though the cover is marked in an unknown hand, "The Original Uncut Publication Date: Jan. 3, 1991." Very good condition, and a rare state of this Heinlein classic that became a 1960s counterculture touchstone for sexual freedom.
Rocket Ship Galileo. (New York: Scribner's Sons, 1947), first edition, cloth binding, dust jacket. Overall good condition, with a frayed dust jacket and creases affecting the top 1/2 inch of the plates on pages 92 and 125.
Orphans of the Sky. (Letchworth, Hertfordshire: Garden City Press, 1963), red cloth, dust jacket. Neatly inscribed on fly leaf as a presentation copy to the University of Sydney. This copy is good, with significant wear and some chipping to dust jacket at spine and edges. Book spine and corners lightly bumped. Diverse lot of Heinlein classics.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
