With the ink stamp of Knowles's literary agent on the front pastedown. Octavo. 186 pages. Publisher's full light blue cloth, front board and spine lettered in black, second issue dust jacket (front flap neatly clipped - with the later price of $3.50 still present). Jacket spine sunned and somewhat edgeworn, jacket toned and thumbsoiled with some edgewear and a few short tears, cloth spine sunned, some rubbing to binding. Overall, a very good copy. The Donald Drapkin copy with his bookplate. Housed in quarter green morocco clamshell case. From the collection of Donald Carter.
