Waugh has a written presentation above his signature: "Mr. G. L. Lazarus's copy". Copy number 63. Octavo. [x], 144 pages. Publisher's full green cloth, spine lettered in gilt. Top edge gilt, others uncut. Cloth spine and board edges a bit sunned; some rubbing to edges of binding; tailcap of spine a bit bumped; front board soiled. Overall, a near fine copy. Lazarus was a noted collector of Arthur Rackham ephemera. From the James C. Seacrest Collection.
