Edwin Balmer and William MacHarg. The Achievements of Luther Trant. Boston: [1910]. First edition. Octavo. [12], 365, [3, blank] pages. Frontispiece and eight additional plates by William Oberhardt. Publisher's red cloth, spine lettered in cream, front stamped in cream and blind; all text block edges trimmed; original illustrated dust jacket. Mild discoloration to cloth, particularly at backstrip and board edges. Endpapers and text block softly yellowed with age; bookseller's ticket at rear pastedown; minor soiling to text block edges. Jacket worn and dulled, with larger chip out of foot of front panel and smaller chips at spine and flap fold ends; several tears with associated creasing along edges of front and rear panels; wear along creases, with one split, about two inches long, starting toward foot of rear panel fold. Very good. Housed in custom clamshell. Queen's Quorum 46 ("one of the most daring and imaginative books ever committed to print"); a Haycraft Queen Cornerstone.

This was my first time dealing with an auction house, and I am 100% completely impressed with Heritage. There is not an aspect of this process that I have a critique for.
