[6], 365, [1, blank] pages. Frontispiece by J. Allen St. John. Publisher's blue cloth, spine and front lettered in orange; all text block edges trimmed. Binding a bit rubbed and worn; backstrip faded just a touch. Endpapers and text block yellowed with age. Good. Housed in custom slipcase. Zeuschner, p. 179. From the Albert E.
