Frontispiece and three additional plates by J. Allen St. John. Publisher's blue cloth, spine and front lettered in red; top edge of text block trimmed and stained red; original illustrated dust jacket. Specks of pale soiling to binding; backstrip dulled; spine ends pushed and slightly worn; minor wear along joints and board edges; corners softly tapped. Endpapers and text block softly tanned; evidence of dog-earing scattered throughout interior. Jacket creased along spine panel. Very good book in a near fine jacket. Zeuschner, p. 376.
