Hulbert Burroughs' personal copy with his ownership inscription on the verso of the dust jacket: "Burroughs, H./Tarzana Ranch/Los Angeles/California/April 23, 1925". Octavo. [viii], [279] pages. With nine plates inserted throughout. Gray cloth, front board and spine lettered in black, dust jacket. Jacket reinforced with tape at edges and folds on front and rear, edgewear with some chipping and several short closed tears, cloth spine a bit dull, binding somewhat soiled and rubbed, red stains to rear board. A good copy with an excellent association. From the Edgar Rice Burroughs Collection of Roy and Dela White.
