Spine skewed; binding worn at extremities, resulting in some fraying and loss to cloth; backstrip dulled; mild rubbing and surface scratches to boards. Endpapers and text block dulled; bookplate at front pastedown; top edge of text block dust-soiled. Lower third of jacket spine panel detached and laid in; chipping at spine ends; front flap fold split except for about two inches toward head; three-inch tear at head of front panel; general, mild rubbing and soiling.
