[Circular] Juan Nepomuceno de la Garza y Evia. With heading: "Gobierno del Departamento de Nuevo Leon. Circular." At end: "Dios y Libertad. Monterrey Agosto 10 de 1836." Four page circular printed on first page only, 6" x 7" (with attached blank sheet measuring 6" x 8.5", separated at bottom and folded up), printed signature by Garza adding his holographic rubric, also Secretary Pedro del Valle. Circular states that Jose Urrea, Chief of Texas operations, orders that mules and equipment loaned to the Army for the Texas campaign are to be claimed in Matamoros; and that payments will be made to those owed so long as the deplorably depleted state treasury will allow. An additional holographic notation in the left margin states that this copy was received on August 1st. Printed page is exceptionally clean save a few foxing spots, with additional stains and a few wormholes occurring on the conjoined sheet. From the Taking of Texas Collection.

This was my first time dealing with an auction house, and I am 100% completely impressed with Heritage. There is not an aspect of this process that I have a critique for.
