Two twelvemo volumes. Triplanetary is one of 500 signed copies. Galactic Patrol is one of 500 signed copies. Both are beautifully inscribed and signed on the limitation page.

    Blue cloth with gilt spine titles. Overall fine. Dust jackets are near fine to fine (Triplanetary has minor paper loss at the head and foot of the spine).

    E. E. Smith (1890-1965) was a food engineer who, when not making doughnut and pastry mixes, wrote acclaimed science-fiction novels, including the "Skylark" and "Lensman" series. These two titles are the first and third "Lensman" entries, stories which helped Smith earn the moniker "Father of the Space Opera." From the Robert and Diane Yaspan Collection.
