Octavo (7.25 x 4.875 inches; 184 x 124 mm.). 350,  pages. Full-page plans, included in pagination. Publisher's full black cloth, spine lettered in red. Original dust jacket printed on yellow paper. A bit of shelf wear at extremities of binding; some wear to joints; soft vertical crease running length of spine; spine ends gently pushed; very slight bumping to corners; light rubbing to boards. Normal age toning to edges and interior of text block; top edge slightly dust-soiled; with small book club ticket and stamp at rear endpapers. Exposed panels of jacket toned and somewhat rubbed, with some penciling at rear; wear along edges and creases; slight paper loss and fraying at spine and flap fold ends. Light toning at verso with one faint spot at front panel, not visible from recto. Clean and bright, near fine. A Haycraft Queen Cornerstone.
