In original publisher's blue cloth slipcase. Some rubbing to slipcase. Fine. Ben-Gurion was one of Israel's founding fathers, fighting for her independence, and then drafting her Declaration of Independence. He was Israel's first Prime Minister, and later Minister of Defense. "Considered one of the most scholarly heads of state in human history" (New Jewish Encyclopedia, 48).
