Light sunning on outer portions of covers. Minor worming in front hinge. Pencil signature on front free endpaper and occasional pencil marks throughout. A bit of scattered foxing, heavier on pp. 41-47 as well as preliminary and terminal sheets. Creasing on upper and lower corners on pp. 157-160, pp. 189-190, pp. 219-224, pp. 235-242, and pp. 297-301. Folding map tipped-on front pastedown, measuring approximately 20.5 x 21.25 inches with restoration on verso. Good.
