Spine a bit sunned; some thumbsoiling to spine and label; mild edgewear and a few small tears to edges of spine, small tears to joints; some rubbing and thumbsoiling to boards; some bumping to lower corners and upper front joint; mild occasional scuffing to binding. Some light intermittent foxing in text. A contemporary review from the Times Literary Supplement is tipped-in the rear pastedown. Near fine.
