    William M. Timlin. The Ship that Sailed to Mars: A Fantasy. New York: Frederick A. Stokes Company, [circa 1923]. First American edition. Forty-eight illustrated plates, forty-eight text plates mounted on heavy gray paper, rectos only. Original light grayish olive paper-covered boards with parchment shelfback. Boards modestly rubbed, rear board moderately scuffed and scratched, spine faintly sun-darkened, head of spine has two minor tears, small chip on center of rear joint, corners lightly bumped. Text block slightly cockled, bookplate on front free endpaper, occasional small tears on lower edges of gray paper. A very good copy with beautiful illustrated plates.
