    More Information:

    S. Louis Giraud, editor. The Daily Express Children's Annual, Introducing Self-Erecting Models to Illustrate the Stories, No. 3. London: The Lane Publications (Daily Express Books Dept.), [1931].

First edition. Octavo. 95 pages. Seven color pop-up illustrations and numerous black-and-white illustrations in text.

Original pictorial boards. Boards slightly soiled with some chipping at the lower spine end. Text block slightly skewed. Contents toned with scattered foxing as is always the case with the paper quality of the period. All pop-up illustrations complete and in working order. A delightful book, one of many produced by Giraud from 1929 until 1949, which uses color pop-ups to illustrated the poems and stories in the book.
