    Hardie Gramatky. Two Editions of Little Toot. New York: G. P. Putnam's Sons, [1939]. One first edition, one third impression. Third impression inscribed by Gramatky with ink drawing. Square octavos. Original brilliant bluish green cloth, top edges red, dust jackets. Pictorial endpapers. Board edges lightly rubbed with minor chips on spine tails. Text block edges faintly toned. Third impression spine with stain, front board rubbed and a bit soiled, ink ownership signature on front free endpaper. Third impression dust jacket darkened, panels somewhat soiled, edges worn and chipped with heavy loss. Generally, very good copies.
