Signed and inscribed by the author to the front free endpaper recto; ink note in author's hand to dedication page. Octavo. 352 pages. Illustrated with several full-page floor plans. Publisher's black cloth with green-stamped spine; original illustrated dust jacket. Minor edgewear, corners rubbed, head and foot of spine slightly worn. Internally clean; top edge stained yellow, minor edgewear, text block toned in margins. Dust jacket unclipped (no price listed); minor edgewear, small open tear in front panel, small open tear in back panel, spine panel sunned.

    Note: the dust jacket has been trimmed approximately 5 mm from the top.
