    Volume I: The Pure Theory of Money; Volume II: The Applied Theory of Money. Two octavo volumes. Original blue cloth, gilt spine titles and rules. Minor foxing to preliminary and terminal leaves, spines mildly faded, else an excellent set. With the contemporary ownership inscription of economist and writer G. D. Rokeling on each front free endpaper with his light pencil annotations throughout the first volume.

    Mostly confined to underlining there are more substantive notes on some thirteen pages including more extensive comments and diagrams on the terminal blanks. Rokeling was an economist attached with the Board of Trade and corresponded with Keynes at this time. He is acknowledged for supplying some data used by Keynes in a portion of this work.
