    First edition. Quarto. Unpaginated [146 pages]. Frontispiece portraits of Isaac van Horn, the founder from Boston and Fred A. Miller, the representative in charge in Wyoming. Illustrated throughout with numerous photographic images. Bound in sage green cloth with gilt title on upper board and decorated endpapers. Boards and spine ends lightly bumped, very minor soiling or foxing at edges and joints. Few over-opened pages. Pages with lightly age darkened margins, minor edge wear with few small edge tears, few minor spots of soiling. Remarkably clean copy.
    Laid in front cover is a loose van Horn contract (one sided 8.5 x 11 inch leaf) unsigned with small holograph pencil corrections. Contract with edge wear, bends and creases.
